1. Who we are and what this covers
PorchTempo is operated by Landen Zeringue (“PorchTempo,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers porchtempo.com, the PorchTempo workspace, and communications you send to us. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact page or email our privacy contact.
PorchTempo is currently in private testing. Public visitors can read product information and explore illustrative content. Workspace access is limited to invited testers. Live social publishing, AI video generation, and paid checkout are not currently enabled. Sections describing connected accounts or AI processing apply when you use those features after activation; visiting this website alone does not connect an account or send your property photos to an AI provider.
2. Information we collect
| Category | Information and source |
|---|---|
| Account identity | When you sign in through ChatGPT, our hosting service supplies an account identifier, email address, and an optional display name. We use those details to identify your workspace and check access. |
| Workspace content | Information you enter: agent and brokerage names, public business contact details, licensing information, brand assets, property addresses and facts, listing status, open-house dates, captions, schedules, and approval records. We also store uploaded photos, video files, filenames, and file metadata. |
| Connected accounts | When enabled and authorized: TikTok account identifier and display name; Facebook Page identifiers, names and permissions; eligible linked Instagram professional-account identifiers and usernames; selected destination accounts; permission scopes; and access/refresh tokens and expiration information. We do not ask for your social-platform password. |
| Generation jobs | When AI generation is enabled: the selected image, camera movement settings, provider task identifier, status, errors, resulting clips, and your review choices. |
| Support | Your email address, name, request, and any attachments you choose to send by email. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or private client financial information. |
| Technical information | Hosting and infrastructure providers process requests, IP addresses, browser/device information, timestamps, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the service. |
PorchTempo does not request your TikTok direct messages, contacts, or follower list through its current integration. Do not upload client documents, lockbox/access codes, or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for marketing.
3. How we use information
- Provide and save your workspace, media, content plans, and brand settings.
- Prepare drafts and exports, run requested generation jobs when enabled, and display their results.
- Connect the social accounts you authorize and support the specific permissions you grant. Future publishing will send your selected media and caption to your selected platform only through an authorized publishing workflow.
- Restrict access, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, and maintain service reliability.
- Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
The public sample content selector uses temporary browser memory; it does not save a listing or submit a post. We do not add advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics to these public pages. Hosting and sign-in services may use necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication and security.
PorchTempo does not use your uploaded content or connected-platform data to train its own AI models. AI providers process requested inputs under their own terms and privacy practices; do not upload content you lack permission to send to them.
5. Storage, safeguards, and retention
Workspace records are stored in a hosted database, and uploaded files and generated media are stored in object storage. Access is checked on the server. Social authorization tokens are encrypted before database storage. HTTPS protects data in transit. These measures reduce risk, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain workspace information and files while needed to provide your account and requested services. Removing a listing or calendar item does not necessarily erase every associated uploaded file or generated clip. To request complete account and file deletion, follow the data-deletion instructions.
Disconnecting a social account removes its locally stored connection credentials. We attempt provider revocation where supported; you can also revoke access directly in the platform. Disconnection does not automatically delete saved drafts, exported files, or posts already published on another service.
After a verified deletion request, we remove relevant active account records and stored media, except information that must be retained for legal obligations, disputes, security, or fraud prevention. Provider backups, logs, and email archives may remain for their applicable retention periods and are subject to those providers’ controls. We do not promise instantaneous deletion from every backup or third-party service.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You can edit workspace information, choose which content to upload, decline a connection, and disconnect authorized accounts. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw consent, and appeal a request decision. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Email a privacy request using the email associated with your account. Describe what you want to access, change, or delete. We may verify your identity and an authorized agent’s authority using information proportionate to the request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you disagree with our response, reply requesting a review; you may also contact your relevant privacy regulator.
You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary authentication cookies may prevent workspace sign-in. Because PorchTempo does not sell data or share it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or advertising-sharing activity to opt out of in this version.
7. Age and location
PorchTempo is intended for adults aged 18 and older using it for professional real estate marketing. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
The service is intended initially for users in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy protections may differ by location. If we expand the service, we will address any additional notice and transfer requirements that apply.
8. Updates and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change. The operator responsible for this policy is Landen Zeringue. Contact us about this policy.
