PORCHTEMPO / TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

Data deletion

Disconnect a social account or ask us to remove your PorchTempo account and stored content.

Effective and last updated: October 28, 2026

Disconnect a social account

When social connections are enabled, open Workspace → Social accounts and choose Disconnect for the relevant platform. This removes that connection’s credentials from PorchTempo. You can also revoke PorchTempo’s access in the connected platform’s app-permission settings. If you cannot sign in, contact support.

Request full account deletion

  1. Email our support address with the subject “Delete my PorchTempo account.”
  2. Send the request from the email used for your workspace. State whether you want a particular connection or your entire account and media removed.
  3. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership, then confirm the outcome or explain any lawful retention. Never send a password, verification code, or access token.

Requests are handled manually by the operator. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. You can use the same contact to ask for access to or correction of your information.

What deletion covers

A full verified request covers your PorchTempo workspace, brand information, drafts, account connections and tokens, pending authorization records, stored uploads, generated clips, and generation-job records. Removing a listing in the interface by itself does not necessarily erase every stored media file.

Files you downloaded and content already published on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok are outside PorchTempo’s storage; delete those directly where they are stored or published. Copies retained for legal, security, or dispute needs, and provider backups or logs, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
