Start with your brand
Invited testers sign in to their private workspace and save their agent name, brokerage details, business contact information, license details, and disclosures in the Brand kit. These details help keep exported content consistent.
Add the property once
Save verified property facts, photos, listing status, and any open-house dates and times. Confirm advertising permission and rights to use the media. Mark sale participation and other required disclosures accurately. The workspace can create editable campaign drafts from this information.
Build a week around your business
The content planner uses editable templates to prepare daily post and reel ideas. Choose a planning period, review the calendar, and adjust dates and captions. A reel idea is a content brief, not an automatically generated finished reel. Saved drafts stay in the workspace.

Prepare a property video
The AI studio is designed to turn a selected property photo into a short scene using a gentle forward move, side slide, or small orbit. Invited testers can prepare the workflow; provider-powered generation is awaiting activation.
When generation is available, the selected image and movement instructions go to the video provider. Review each result against the original, reject inaccurate clips, and assemble approved clips with your branding. Output is an AI interpretation of the pictured space and must not be represented as a filmed walkthrough.
Review before content leaves the workspace
Check the facts, caption, media rights, brokerage disclosures, destination, and timing. Obtain actual broker approval where required and record that review. Changes to reviewed content may require a fresh review. PorchTempo’s checks support your process; they do not certify legal compliance.
Connections and current availability
Live social publishing is not enabled. Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok integrations are being prepared and tested. They are not approved production publishing services yet.
The planned connection process sends you to the social platform’s authorization page, where you choose whether to grant access. You then choose an eligible destination account. Facebook publishing is designed for Pages; the current Instagram flow requires an eligible professional account linked to a Facebook Page.
Once enabled and approved, publishing will require the relevant platform permissions, reviewed content, and your publishing choices. TikTok review and posting controls must be completed before public posting. You can disconnect a platform or request deletion. No social password needs to be shared with PorchTempo.
